There is a 30-day money back guarantee. After thirty days, you agree that under no
circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. We

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
We cannot accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless otherwise indicated for a specific product. Be sure to double check your order and address for accuracy when purchasing physical products, because no changes or cancellations can be made after your order is placed.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged. We will replace it at no cost to you or we will refund your purchase if we cannot replace it, as long as you notify us of the situation within 14 days of receiving the product.
